How reviews are published
Reviews are checked for spam, duplicates, personal information and relevance, not for a minimum star rating. Positive and negative feedback follow the same rules. Trip ratings are included in the public trip average only after the experience has been verified. There are no invented reviews or preselected ratings. Approved reviews appear after the next website update; publication is not instant.
Your feedback and privacy
Netlify stores your submission for PandaVisit. Public fields are your display name (or “Traveller”), category, ratings, selected answers, trip month and optional comment. Email and booking reference are private and used only for verification or a reply. Do not include personal contact details in the public comment. To ask for correction or removal, email 304252421@qq.com. We may need to confirm you wrote the review.
